Bedouin Fire PIts & Planters

At Bedouin Fire we set out to craft a concept in the bid to help rejuvenate and revitalise those cherished, nostalgic memories with our loved ones- through outdoor living. After many, many long nights, we are able to put forth a design range that may just help in setting up ‘one of those moments’.

Bedouin Fire Pits, originating from ‘Karhai’ pan culture, derive from traditional Bedouin tribal design- bringing about a tone of rustic/archaic finish to the product line. The circular Karhai pan, traditionally used to manually deep fry local cuisine is natively sourced from the generations old ‘Food Street’ in Pakistan. Having lived through years of utilitarian purpose in the inner cities, the Karhai is recycled, reconditioned and redesigned in accordance with the hallmark specifications of Bedouin Fire Pits.
The Pits are set on a range of ‘patterned’ and ‘clean-cut’ stand designs, artistically combining traditional motif with contemporary style to emanate a profoundly ‘East meets West’ experience within the comfort of your own garden. The Fire Pits can be used for bonfire as well as outdoor barbecue/cookery.

Also within the product range are an array of garden planters. Having supplied to companies such as Wax Lyrical, IOTA Home & Garden and Pier 1, our craftsmen have utilised their skill and experience to work around the axis of the spherical Karhai, incorporating elements of our internationally renowned planter concepts to produce the best of outdoor accessories. Planters are available in both a rustic/industrial finish as well as a clean-cut finish.

Manufacturing Unit and Craftsmen

Although brass and copper are components of cultural and commercial art in Pakistan- wrought-iron, marble, onyx and wood based crafts/products also come indigenous to the region. Many of our highly skilled artisans originate from this traditional sector of cultural handicrafts. However, through our foreign business relationships they have been effectively able to not only acquire but excel in the understanding of contemporary, modern design-while maintaining their classic, generation’s old subcontinental ‘touch’ when required.

The emphasis on incorporation of creativity has resulted in educated, successful experimentation through conscious policy. This has played a key part in raising the quality and level of efficiency at which the manufacturing unit functions at today. As a result the company now benefit’s through the symbiotic relationship between the expanding product range and proficiency of the workforce.

Bedouin Fire’s firm principle of meeting time and quality commitments has led to significant investment in resources ensuring a strong manufacturing base before expanding our commercial pool. Extensive quality control systems are built within the manufacturing process, painting process and the final packing stage, ensuring the highest quality.
